It is the highest selling two seat convertible sports car ever made although it was not the hot favourite in its initial days. The car was not costly yet it crated the thrilling experience one had in a top end sports car.

It was the first car that crossed the mark of 160 miles per hour. Being the first car to offer fuel injection gave it instant popularity among car lovers and critics. It has been a symbol of class, luxury and performance since it first appeared in 1954.

The car has been in production since the last 60 years and reflects everything one expects from an American made sports car.  The car was inexpensive and changed the whole idea of spending a large sum of money to own power and beauty.

The car has seen very little changes since it first arrived in 1963. Even after having some engineering defects it has superior performance over most of the cars seen till date. Every sports car is compared with Porsche 911 to determine its quality.
